By accessing or using PrettyScale (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Service

PrettyScale provides face and body analysis tools that run entirely in your web browser. All analysis is performed locally on your device using WebAssembly and standard browser APIs. No image or biometric data is transmitted to any server.

Entertainment only. All scores, results, and classifications produced by PrettyScale's tools are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, nutritional, or any other professional advice. Beauty is inherently subjective. No result from this site should be taken as an objective measure of a person's attractiveness, health, or worth.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to analyze photos of individuals without their consent.
  • Use results to harass, demean, or harm any person.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Site.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, code, and design, is the property of PrettyScale or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
